At Carpet Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring choice. If your new rug or carpet doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Product

  Carefully roll the carpet with the pile facing inward and secure it in its original moisture-resistant packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a convenient courier pickup or drop it off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
